When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship from Canada within 1–2 business days, with tracking on every order. [If running a pre-order: this drop ships [date] — you'll get a tracking email the moment it's on its way.]

Where do you ship from?

Canada. We ship to Canada and the United States. Once your order is in stock we dispatch within 1–2 business days, with tracking on every order — no month-long wait from overseas.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship to both Canada and the US, with pricing shown in your local currency at checkout. Duties and any cross-border details are shown before you pay — no surprise charges at the door.

Are these safe for my child?

Children's toys sold in Canada must meet the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and the Toys Regulations. [Only keep the next line if it's true for every SKU you sell:] We request testing and compliance documentation from our suppliers before we order, quality-check every batch, and grade ages conservatively. Each product page lists its recommended age and any small-parts or choking-hazard warning — please follow that guidance and supervise younger children during play.

What age are these for?

It varies by product, so check the age guidance on each product page. Some of our squishies aren't suitable for younger children because of small parts or liquid/gel fillings. If you're unsure which to pick for a specific age, email us and we'll point you to the right ones.

What are they made of?

Materials and fillings vary by squishy — foam, gel, wax-skin, slime, putty and more. Check the Product Details section on each product page for the specific texture, filling and care information for that toy.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. In most cases you won't need to send the damaged one back.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Return shipping is yours unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and orders over $69 CAD ($75 USD) ship free.

What's in the mystery squishies?

That's the fun part — they're sealed before they ship. The Mystery Squishy Blind Bag pulls from our whole range; themed sampler boxes pull from a specific collection (like Food Squishies or Crunch & Crackle). Every mystery item is the same quality as anything else in the shop.

Do you sell party favor packs?
